The service
TribeOut is an ordinary London travel, discovery and community website operated by Andrius Krivicius, an individual operating in the United Kingdom. Contact support@tribeout.co.uk.
TribeOut helps you find places, save favourites, plan outings and join conversations and groups. It is not currently a ticket seller, hotel booking agent or payment service. Saving a place or joining a plan does not purchase or reserve admission.
Accounts
Community membership is for people aged 18 or over; the confirmation is self-declaration, not verified age.
Use an account you are authorised to use and protect your sign-in. Do not impersonate someone, evade restrictions or seek unauthorised access to another person’s information. Group rules and venue entry conditions still apply. Feature availability and registration may be limited while a release is being prepared.
Places and outings
Check official venue information for opening hours, prices, availability, accessibility and entry requirements before travelling. Listings can become outdated. Locations, travel times, budgets and visit lengths may be estimates. Dietary information is not an allergy-safety guarantee; check with the venue.
Some images are labelled generic editorial or AI-generated imagery rather than verified photographs of a venue. Reviews reflect their authors’ views. Popularity, badges and recommendations are not quality or safety guarantees.
Meetups are arranged by their organisers unless stated otherwise. Joining a group does not guarantee attendance. Confirm the meeting details, use suitable arrangements and tell someone you trust about your plans. Organisers should describe relevant restrictions accurately.
Community conduct
- Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, stalking, scams or exploitation.
- Do not post unlawful material, sexual exploitation content, spam or someone else’s private information without permission.
- Give honest descriptions and disclose commercial interests when recommending your own service.
- Respect privacy choices, invitations, blocks and requests to stop contact.
- Only upload material you are entitled to use.
Use the report and block controls when needed. TribeOut does not verify every member’s identity or background.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. You give TribeOut limited, non-exclusive permission to store, format and display it to the audience you choose and make technical copies through service providers to operate, protect and maintain those features. This does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated advertising use of private messages or photos.
You can remove content through available controls or request help. Recipients’ copies and screenshots cannot necessarily be recalled. The privacy notice explains sharing, deletion and retained records.
Reports and appeals
We may review reports and submitted content and take proportionate action against rule-breaking or risks, including removing content, limiting features or restricting an account. Urgent protective action may occur before we contact the member.
Where appropriate and lawful, we explain a restriction and offer review. Send an appeal through Help & requests or email support, identifying the decision and why you disagree. Requests are reviewed manually by the operator; there is no separate staffed appeal team. A new review should consider your explanation and the available evidence.
External services and promotions
Paid or partner promotions should be labelled Sponsored. A promoted position is not a promise about suitability or availability. When you book or buy on another website, you deal with that provider under its terms, prices, cancellation rules and privacy practices. TribeOut does not currently take those payments.
Any future paid TribeOut service needs clear pricing and relevant terms before you agree to it. These terms do not authorise new charges.
Changes and responsibility
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, faults and reasonable changes may affect availability. Keep important booking confirmations outside the site. Significant changes will be explained where practicable.
Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything the law does not allow to be excluded. Responsibility for other losses depends on the applicable law and circumstances; no blanket waiver or compulsory arbitration is imposed.
Leaving TribeOut
You may stop using TribeOut and use the site-account deletion controls. The separate Supabase Auth identity is not deleted by those controls; contact support for a coordinated authentication-account removal request or if you cannot sign in. Shared copies and justified retained records are explained in the privacy notice.
Support and questions
Andrius Krivicius personally checks support@tribeout.co.uk and the owner dashboard every day. Support hours: every day, 08:00–18:00 UK time (GMT or BST as applicable).
We aim to respond within four working hours during these hours, not to resolve every issue within that time. Some issues may take longer to resolve. There is no backup support cover; replies may take longer when Andrius is unavailable. This is manual support and moderation, not continuous monitoring.
TribeOut is not an emergency-response service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for a TribeOut reply.
You can contact support without an account. Material changes to these terms should be highlighted where appropriate and must not remove rights already acquired.
