Barbican Theatre
Barbican / City of London · Central London
The Barbican Theatre is the main theatre auditorium within the wider Barbican Centre, not a separate venue elsewhere in London. Its tiered seating and purpose-built stage support substantial theatre and dance productions as part of the centre’s broader arts programme. Visitors can combine a performance with time in the public foyers and other cultural spaces. Because the complex contains several venues, check that your event is in the Theatre rather than the Pit or another room before travelling.
Plan your visit
Book through the official venue or operator route; check the chosen performance’s date, start time, running time, age/content guidance, seating restrictions, fees and ticket terms. Allow time for arrival checks. Prices, availability and opening times vary.
Performance-led opening. Check your chosen event and arrival instructions; box-office hours are not general visitor hours.
